    for burnouts...

Here's my 89, picked up for $300 from VA, PO decided to repaint the thing few months before he overheated the engine and parked it. First it went from bronze to silver, then right a way to this crap blue.. nothing was taped off properly... . not worried about it though.

    Friends old grey market e30.

The rear right hub was damaged and no longer round, so PO decided to bore out the weave to make the wheel fit.

Head unit was wired by a 5yr old.

Harness was just hanging out under the kick panel. PO Tried to wire a electric windows in. Needless to say I found a marble sized ball of soldered joints & windows just didnt work.

Euro bumpers had mad custom led board turn signals and clear toyota turn covers.

    Just a few of them

This is after it was fixed, but the Po cut a hole in the floor board under the driver seat to run his rear mounted radiator lines from the trunk!!!

Cut all the stalks for drifting

There where plenty of other little things but we don't have time for all that!!

The subwoofer pics reminded me that some PO of my car probably didn't have the tools to enlarge the stock stereo holes in the rear deck so he made angle grinder cuts, bent the metal down, then angle grinded the excess.
So basically it looks like shit and every time you want to fix the board cover thing, you cut your arms.

Well I bought the car from a Police Impound Yard. Came with a free 12 pack with a single opened beer. Really didn't see much else because it was my first car.
    1989 325i:
For whatever reason the propshaft to diff was held together by 1 bolt and nut.
The Coolant must be original from factory with a 5 pound bag of Seal Pellets.(I am still flushing out the crap)
Gas tank was corroded to the point the fuel pump made a very bad clunking noise.
Spare Tire holder is bent and mangled.
Low Jack was found and removed. Terrible Aftermarket Speaker Job.(Butt Splices everywhere)
My car had 2 POs. The original took great car of it and the second I am guessing is who screwed it up but thankfully got it totaled.

oh my gosh i could go on for days about things POs did,
the worst was zipties on coolant hoses
    painting the dash
    bondo-ing the sunroof shut
    cut springs
cutting holes in door panels for speakers
putting felt on the door panels and seat covers and headliner
building a ghetto ass sub box for a stereo
and putting drywall screws through the door trim.

I had some aftermarket pos on mine too. I took all the wiring back out. I honestly dont really miss cruise control despite driving a lot of highway miles. I did replace and lube the throttle cable so its not so heavy on my foot.

Holy fuck! Planning on repairing that properly?

Found a great one today, the m-tec II front spoiler was sikaflexed to the sides of the valance. Literally had to peel it away from the car.
