it was a good race. whats up with Vettle waiting til the last lap to change tires? i dont think tht should be allowed, but on the other hand, it did not look like it was hurting him with the pace. i missed the 1st lap, so i did not see wht happened to Hamilton. My boy Rob Kubica had a good race...so glad tht he is in a good car. (or is he just that good a driver?)

Why shouldn't it be allowed? I think it was an excellent choice by RBR as they knew the longer Nico held up the field the more likely they were to cement 4th or 5th place. I just can't believe the soft tires lasted that long, but then again with so few turns Monza is a little easier on tires than most tracks.

I hope this news is true, but apparently Heidfeld will be racing from Singapore to the end of the Season(and I assume beyond) for Sauber! No offense to De La Rosa, but I am so glad to see Heidfeld back in a car.

Two past champions nose to tail darn near the whole race, with just tenths of a second in the pits being the deciding factor? If that isn't action, I don't know what is!

If Heidfeld is confirmed to finish up the year with Sauber, I wonder if that means he will be back there next year? Or will he be considered for Mercedes if (when) Schumi quits?
