MOVE.... that's your best bet. Chances are this isn't going to be the last time stupid shit happens to you and yours, and it's completely not your fault. Also, i wouldn't shoot ANYTHING at ANYONE. you live in an area that has crime, drugs, ect. people who are criminals and sell drugs have guns, and some of them get their rocks off from using weapons. Put in the camera, get a dog, and move as soon as you can.... no one should have to deal with these problems with their propoerty.... hope it all works out

Thanks for all the suggestions and this is a Good idea- I Considered it. Im not the one who needs to move out. Its the criminals. Im not going to be railroaded into leaving like a scared cat. Got way too much testosterone for that + rent is really affordable here. I pay 1/2 of what others pay in this area. Been here for 11 + years and I aint going till I buy a house. On the list of things to do Move is last. One up from there is clean out the entire garage (a big ordeal) and relocate some other vehicles - Quad ; Motorcycles, to be able to fit the E30 in the garage. That still leaves one vehicle on the street though that could get vandalized...

Its a fantastic suggestion though and the difference is . I have a house and a fence to run for cover behind. They dont!

I vote for not getting a handgun. Maybe a BB gun. Sometimes emotions can take over and lead to stupid actions. You don't want to make any mistakes with bullets.

If I go the handgun route I am going to be "trained" how to use it so that I do not accidently use deadly force. Cops are not supposed to use deadly force unless they are in a life threatening situation and this common handgun training that one can recieve for just a few duccets.

My Girlfriends brother from Nevada visits often and there guns are common place. If he was here he would have pulled out his pistol on whoever was doing this (if he saw them that is) and lit up a laser dot on thier forehead or heart. He is much younger than I as well and more reckless too. Just 2 weeks ago he was driving and a guy on side of the highway ran a knife over his 40 K truck. He locked em up grabbed his gun and held the guy at bay till the cops arrived. He told the cops in Nev what happened and that he had em covered with his gun the whole time. Cop was like - is the gun yours? He said ya and the cop was totally fine.

But just recently, I've been thinking the same thing - how police would view retaliation. In the last week, we've had some psycho in a car throwing rocks at oncoming traffic. I think he has hit 18 vehicles so far, causing a few accidents and putting one dude in hospital with life threatening injuries. We're talking a 5" diameter rock going through windscreens at 120km/h - wtf is wrong with some people???

In the news reports, the friends of the fella in hospital basically said that if the police don't find the guy or if he doesn't turn himself in, they would hunt him down and fuck him up. Given the amount of public interest in the whole thing, it just got me wondering if the police would prosecute them or not.

Bring back public lynchings I say. You do a crime, you forfeit your rights to be protected by the same laws you chose to ignore.

Theres a guy that either wants lead poisioning or wants to eat 3 straights for free off the taxpayers if I ever saw one!

Theres a BB gun brand out there called Gammo. Theyve got a pretty nice semi auto handgun out. I think its got like a 12 round magazine, and its C02 powered. For a cheap $60, you could give him a pretty good message, and not break the skin.

Fuck what everyone else says. Take the shit into your own hands, chances are yuo'll just get your insurance check and no justice will be done. Be smart though.

One time I had a kid who was doing donuts in my yard every friday night, in his turboed Ford Focus. So I made spike strips out of plywood with about 100 nails punched through it. I fliiped it over, put it in my lawn, and waited. Dumbass showed up, and proceeded to go to business as usual. I watched, he popped all 4 tires, and as he was leaving, he got a cynder block dropped off the top of my 2 story garage right ontop of his roof. Fucker never came back.

Thats a super creative solution and true art! Should have taken video! I will have cam action to possibly post on the Internet or it will be good clues for the cops and detectives who arrive and view my corpse. A lasting legacy~ :shock:

Did not know that. Perhaps a hint so that I dont go through life doing it again and again and again. That might infuriate some. Look at it this way though. I spell and use punctuation better than 90 % of the people I have ever met so at least theres one gripe that I shall not be guilty of. Go ahead ask me how to spell something - I bet I get it right 100 % of the time. Goa ahead , go ahead :) :D :P
