Bone stock = Unmolested. With only 70k on the clock, he could very possibly get $19k from an enthusiast looking for a clean example.

nice clean car but I still wouldn't pay 19k for it, you can find ones that have a bit more milage for far less money.

it's worth 19k with that mileage, in that condition. If he didn't have the rims on it, i think it would raise the initial impression of the car, but changing wheels is not hard obviously. What once was the 15k rule is now becomming the 17-19k rule witout too much trouble.

He could very well get that if the car is represented the way it is described.

Even more if the car has all the vitals requirements,1 owner, ultra low mileage, factory paint, no body work, all service records since new, window sticker, etc., and etc.

Apparently you're not familiar with the concept of the "15k rule"... but yes, his car is worth what he wants if it meets most of the requirements you've mentioned

                    You're right, I'm not. ;) lol

Honestly...exceptionally well kept E30 M3s are becoming a rarity. If you can find the above mentioned car then you should expect the seller to ask what would appear to be a totally unreasonable asking price. The prices on E30 M3 are increasing. :D

FYI, The 15K rule is expect to eventually pay 15K for any E30 M3. You can pay for a nice car up front or expect to pay about that much is repairs and fixing a high mileage one up
