                  IIRC, there was an article in Bimmer mag about the GTR and the author was explaining that while the clutch is normally used for downshifts, the race pilots actually didn't need to use it to downshift. I'll look for it when I get home. Either way, badass car, badass driver.

                    he's balls out for like 10-20 seconds there, the car won't go any faster.. It has to be more than 170.

                    also, look at the E46 M3 he passes like its standing still (towards the end of the video).. those things aren't slow, either.

                      IIRC, the Bimmer article also mentioned that the car's top speed was something like 176mph.
