GT4, am I the only person... disappointed?

The new cars are great, tons of tracks rock... but the game doesnt have the same feel as 3.

The penalty for hitting shit (or getting nudged by a CPU) is fucking gay. Coasting for 5 seconds is not my idea of fun.

and the motion blur every time you turn hard, skim a wall or curb etc... blows.. cant see shit.

not to mention all the cars handle like fucking sleds.

    yes, I'm very disappointed.

Suspension tuning is your friend, as are real tires. The game has definetely refined the physics engine more towards the "sim" side of things, you can't lay on your brakes with the wheels turned and not plow through the turn.

GT3 was a blast, yes 4 has changed the feel a bit but all the new cars kick ass and Nurburgring is fun as hell.

Why, coz you can't be good at the game by driving like a gorilla?

all games suck (except hl2). the industry does a good job of hyping what's little more than a map pack. it's just a matter of distinguishing what games suck less.

GT3 has a much more "arcadey" feel to it, a lot of people like that, most "sim" guys hate it. GT4 has set up a much more realistic model for traction, it's taking me a while, but I'm getting the feel, I like it.

GT4 definitely has a more realistic feel, especially with regards to suspension loading while braking and accelerating. I'm very impressed so far.

                          Jordan-

                          One word: Enthusia.

I wonder how it will compare to GT3 or GT4?

Doesn't seem like he would like that anymore, its supposedly a very realistic game from what I've heard.
