While he's gone I find the bmwpedals.com website and notice they are just a few miles from me. I emailed them and they said they would make me exactly what I wanted in a dead pedal plus a few extras. So I just decided to have them make it. Everyone happy!:)

They mount with double sided tape. But they use good double sided tape.

Shant, good job on the pedals. I want to point out that when you run this type of pedal, there's an outline on the backside of the speaker panel that shows where you need to trim it in order to fit properly.
