      Had a chance to stop by and check out my car today. Was told that it will be painted over this coming holiday weekend. Car should be totally done on Tuesday,July 6th.

              You should really pull the glass and the black window trim. It's so freaking easy and will eliminate paint lines or un-sanded orange peel in those areas.

              Looks good though. Please tell me you'll pull the glass!

                Both windows will be done with the string. I chose not to pull the windows,especially the rear.

                          The windows in the car are bonded to the shell, making it a challenge, risk, and a bit of work to pull them out of the car without cracking them.

                          I'd leave them in too!

                          Curious that it looks as if they marked with tape, the position of the wipers..

                            Surely they aren't going to use single stage paint...not even sure if Gasurit has a single stage available, but I'm probably wrong. I would seriously talk to them and reconsider a two-stage clearcoat finish.

                                Are you going to have them paint the lower bits in subdued gloss to look original?.
                                When my car was repainted it was with the same high gloss as the rest of the body. I don't mind...I sometimes think it looks better.
