sometimes i wonder why i even bother to post cool shit here on r3v

        w/e

its not my car just happened to be there.

I thought it was pretty cool because its the second skyline i have seen in person.

Don't get me wrong, I love many many touches about the car, it's a slick piece of work, but to say that cage and engine cage are functional is erroneous at best.

im not sure what the intended purpose is of this car, as far as what type of events it will be doing

It's pretty damn cool. From what i learned, bends are not the best, but if they are mandrel bends, they would hold up just fine. Am I wrong? I would also tend to think if the pipe was thick walled bends wouldn't make a huge difference.

the only thing i enjoy is the width of the tires. all credit that it gets for being a 'skyline' is offset by purely bad aesthetics.

The owner builds lots of high end cars and that's just one.
There is a air jacking system routed through the cage that has a fitting in the back of trunk for a compressed gas that will raise the car about foot and half off the ground to change do minor things like change wheels and brakes and what not.
The car hasn't been running well for the past few years but just got a new tune and is only running about 460 hp right now.
Also this is one of the very few legit cars brought into the us that doesn't have to leave besides kaizo and the earlier importer.
Anyways to check out his older builds here you go

I KNEW that was Neil's car. He always built shit excessively like that. Last time I saw it, it had a crapamatic and was a metallic lime green.....

Ya its Neils car. Its been around for a while. He builds some nice car and they are all top notch.
I'm not going to defend the cage or the car.
Just that it is a widely know car in the industry.
