IMO I would find another car. The damage to the trunk is more then I could live with... unless you plan on chopping the whole ass end of the car off, and welding on a new one.. which will still never even be close to as good as it was before the accident...
Wow no way. Not with the rarity of these cars. It doesn't look that bad at all.

I know you will rock it good Ryan.

Yea, for me to find a new car would be a huge headache. I don't want another car, I want THIS car.

Your poor car doesn't deserve something like this.

I'm sure you will have it looking spotless soon.

that sucks Ryan, but glad to hear it's fixable and from the sounds of it, it will come out of the body shop in better shape then before the accident.

              Keep your head up :)

I almost got rear-ended on the way to school a couple weeks ago, sitting at the light before I turn onto the road to my school. Two cars were stopped at a yellow light in front of me so i stopped and the car coming behind me thought everyone would go, which we didn't, she finally slammed on her brakes and skidded to a stop right next to me, luckily a turn lane opened up just before my car and she slid into it.

From what I can see in the pics, the damage doesn't look that bad. This car can be saved....and it should. With E30 M3s becoming harder to find these days, it would be worth the time/money/headache(s) to get your car back to good again Ry.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Glad you're ok. Keep your chin up 8)

Seriously, go visit a good doctor and/or chiropractor to make sure you're okay. That little neck or back pain can lead to seriously problems in the future, my sister is only now going through painful treatment for a rear-ender that happened 8 years ago.

I know its already been said, but get as much $$ as possible form USPS. Then make them give you lots of free stamps/ shipping on bigger things.... like splitters.

Very wise advice... Don't settle until you're ABSOLUTELY satisfied.

                                It happens to all cars.

Ryan, we've all seen your quality of work. I am sure that you will be capable of doing a job that'll make the car look as good as it always did.
