Well ok I had my dad look at it while I attempted to drive it , he said he saw the passenger side cv shake , and on the driver side the wheel actually is still turning slightly that's why the car still was moving, and i don't know what type of oil or if it even is oil. It's pretty think like the grease that would be under the boot.

If the stuff is pooling then it's oil. If it's dripping in globs then it's grease. If it's oil at the back of the car then it's diff oil and you somehow managed to split the case. Bravo. They're supposed to be really tough.
If it's grease then, yes, that's from your CV joint.
Are your rear wheels pointed the same direction as the car?
