      haha the hood was open cause i was checking everything then my dad came out and was looking and thats when it shot out! we still cant find where it went lol

        just spit balling here, but if your car backfires into the intake often it could have backfired then that pressure could have been directed through the PCV hose under the valve cover and blew the cap off.

        that is if the m10 has the same crancase vent the m20 does. and BTW there is not valve afaik its just a hose from the VC to the TB behind the plate.

        So, with the throttle closed if you got this backfire there would be nowhere for the pressure to go except possibly through to the Head.

              A backfire in the intake system of an engine with a common plenum is almost always spark at the wrong time . You need to have fuel combusting in the camber while the intake valve is still open. You more than likely got something wet that is causing random (untimed) sparking.

                All i can think is you have fuel in your oil and that is another reason you are burning oil because it is too thin from the fuel....
