That looks familiar... will have to get with the owner so I can take it for a drive finally. Always mean to, we always run out of time whenever we get together for something. I haven't driven it since before the FI.

Recently helped him replace the control arm ball joints, bushings, struts, hubs, etc on it that he mentions in the ad.

It's a cool car for sure. Runs a ridiculously fast (for an E30 convertible) 1/4 mile. I don't remember the exact time... but I think it was around the 13.5ish range with no traction in first or second.

Made me feel like a chump in my turbo M42 car... best it ran was a 14.9 sec. Which I guess is okay for a 91 318is still running an M42... but still, being a second and a half slower didn't feel great. ;) :x
