Well tazers were suppose to be non lethal, so if this is similar to big sound in private car, all the cop cars, ambluances and fire trucks are running this ''sound machine'', we all get use to it, then every time we hear the BUMP, we are conditioned to pull over. So when the guy with 18's and 1000 watt amps is bumping should we pull over, do you allways hear the siren before the flashing lights. What if they outlaw big sound in your car, loud pipes due to this machine. Fire and ambulance I would lean twards these uses but a police car pulling over someone for a traffic stop. Then how long til someone clones it and starts having fun. How can someone tell who's got the Rummbler, the good guys or a bunch of clowns.
