Using your pictures without express consent to sell a profitable good is highly illegal. The moment that camera shutter goes, It falls under intellectual property laws, even if only data.

I say either sell him the rights to the photo at a fee or other payment.

I'm not a sue happy person, at all. If I slide on some ice on the sidewalk It's my own damn fault for not being careful. It's when other people are taking stuff as credit to their own to make profit that I have a big deal.

(Ebay will remove the photo is you show them a picture of the vehicle, or the original photo, if you want to go that route, as it does violate copyright an IP laws.)

The amount of times people have sent me "OMG look this guy has a pic of your car in his advertisement" I laugh and take it as a compliment. Never would I have thought I would own something that someone would want to take a picture of as a means of saying its a GOOD example of it..... besides of course my junk harhar. No but anyways, fuck it I dont worry about it because the headache of pursuing legal action is a monumental fucking pain in the scrotum and is an exercise in frustration that I dont need. Plus Im insecure and it doesnt take much to make me blush haha.
