did he have a few drinks yes..thats obvious..was he drunk no one will know till the tests come back ..the other guy was zach hartwell did stunts with these guys and worked on jackass 2 i believe ..rip to both of these guys as whether or not they made a horrible mistake that night they were both good people

Ok, whats the WBC ?? I guess the crappy way to look at this is Porsche, gas tank in the front of the car, not a regular Porsche, a high performance Porsche, they should of survived, did the crash kill them or did they survive the crash and burn up, i hope the crash did it!!! And if we passed laws like some Euro countries, DUI, jail, real jail, years in jail, 5 yr susp., they whip them and tear up thier bottons in Indonisia somewhere for DUI's, would Americans tolerate the speed DUI lockdown, I got a DUI where the cop wrote i was the drunkest person he has even seen, blew a 282, 2 hours after the wreck, walked in court, lowered to impaired, no loss of licence, thats the LAW and how it works. Yes, drink driving is bad, regardless it's very fucking sad. What is your limit over there anyway, .08? My wife would be fucktarded at that. Don't get me wrong I don't condone drink driving and I have been a dickface myself - writing off my E34 at .22. 'Luckily' in this case only him and his passenger lost their lives not an innocent family in a mini van etc..
Either way, my point is, it happened, it was stupid, and it's still shit.
And we're all capable of making silly decisions at the drop of a hat.

Yep, .08 in most states, federal mandate a few years ago. Now we got brew pubs everywhere in Colo. They post the % of alcohol in the batch or beer they are serving that day. I was in a pub, 4.65% today, thats a 1.5 pint limit to drive legal if you over 170 lb. Bud is 3.6ish. They use to pass out wheels with drink per hour, VS body weight, i was 260, it said, printed by the COLORADO state patrol troopers and caculated i could drink 4.5 drinks per hour with by body weight. Fourth hour WAY not OK to drink but the wheel said I was. They disapeared a few years later.Comment
