Funny to think he actually said these things... wonder if he still feels that way.

      That plus this...

I know it's not a stunt, but it would be a great way to promote a movie. I bet it will have nationwide distribution opposed to straight to DVD release.

The circumstances of their death do not matter, but the fact that it was so preventable does make it worse in my opinion.

I lost an aunt in a car accident, she was hit by a drunk driver. And that was really hard for me, I couldn't even go into the funeral home and just sat outside crying. So I know of a similar situation, but I can't even imagine loosing someone I am really close to and having to be so far away (Bam was in Arizona) from those that can comfort you.
I don't feel sorry for the JA crew.

The dead guys, yes, I feel very badly for them.

its not like his passenger was a mute. he could have said "SLOW THE FUCK DOWN DUMB ASS!!!", but he did not. How about "let me get out of the car if you really want to drive this fast". Nop.
It was the passengers fault as much as Ryan's. The passenger also knew Ryan was drunk, as he had been drinking with him at the bar.
It is sad anyway you spin it, but you can not blame Ryan 100% for the death of his passenger. The passenger made a choice, and so did Ryan. Now they both suffered the consequences. It is not like Ryan hit a bystander who just happened to be walking by, and had nothing to do with the situation.
We all make bad choices while we are drunk in our lives, some of them worse then others. I broke my foot in 5 places while I was drunk jumping off a flight of 15 stares into what I though was sand. Sadly the last stare was hidden in the sand, and that is right where my left foot landed.
As fare as him being sober enough to drink... Bull shit. I don't know what the laws are in the state he was drinking in, but in Cali the owner and/or server that served him his drinks can go to jail for a very long time for letting him leave and drive that drunk.
The owner of the bar said Ryan was good to drive. I say he is covering his ass, because he was to chicken shit to tell a rich famous guy he was to drunk to drive, and risk not getting their busyness again.

Whether he was drunk or not and did take an innocent persons life my thoughts and prayers go out to there families. Im going to miss the guy. He will always be my home town random hero

^ I watched that. I was kinda supprised how many of his cars were smashed and wreaked.

This is a bummer I was really hoping he wasn't drunk and something just went wrong. Oh well, RIP Dunn

At 110mph he could have easily crashed even if he was sober. A quick elevation change with a bit of a bank in the rode at 110mph could throw even a professional driver for a loop. Maybe there was gravel on the road, or the section he was on was shaded by trees and a lot wetter then the rest of the road. Who knows.

This video if authentic is pretty crazy.

Still sucks that he had to go that way, especially for his family and the family of the passenger.

                  RIP.

I applied for a job at Bimmerworks. I had no clue those were his cars until I got a job at Otto's. He brought his 335 in once. It was so badass.

Pretty sure he was trying to get off the exit right there and was going too fast/drunk so he overshot it. cause if you look the skid marks are almost in a perfect line with the exit ramp just like 5 feet over.

Something did go wrong. Even if he had been sober, going that fast on a country road at 3:30am is a TERRIBLE idea.

Investigators have put the speed at the time of the crash between 132-140mph. 132+mph at night. Most cars are outdriving the headlights at normal highway speeds.

I read a story that said his buddy in the car, lived in the neighborhood just about 100 yards from the end of the offramp.

I'm either thinking Ryan Dunn where James Dean is, or a GT3 where the 550 is. Or both, like a swap of both...
