Assuming the 24th was the 6th business day I'd make that 11 business days. Looks like OEM BMW parts so the hold up is at the dealer level. I have waited months to get parts out of BMWs grimy paws.
Seems to me this was a thread that ought to have been kept to private emails.

You are correct. This was a massive order containing mostly nuts and bolts and washers that had to be filled from 7 warehouses. That is why the long lead time. I did all I could.
