    Mishimoto rads

$250 radiator. Doesn't fit the hoses right, doesn't seal with the endtanks right.

Wow, I have never had a issue with thier products and it is all I have used for radiators in many of my cars and customers cars. You know they have a lifetime warranty right?

I bet 5 dollars they give you a brand new radiator no questions asked.

They have a lifetime warranty, USE IT.

Edit: On a side note, that's some gnarly looking dried up coolant.

hard to tell exactly what i'm looking at there. but electrolysis would be synonymous with dissimilar metal corrosion. there are only two things that would cause this to a radiator that i can think of: 1) the radiator was filled with water other than distilled. ie, tap water with a high iron content or perhaps lime. or less likely, 2) it is touching another metal that is higher up the galvanic chain such as mild steel. not to burst your bubble, but that probably isn't a manufacturer's defect.

I've only filled with water (no antifreeze as it leaks out of the other side of the rad due to poor nipple placement), but it's been 100% distilled stuff. A hose has never been near this rad.
