Do you keep tools in your E30?

When I had an M20 I always had 3 gallons of water and every tool I needed to take off my cylinder head and a compression tester haha. Now with a M50 I carry:
    1/4" drive kit 7mm-15mm
    Breaker bar
    BMW Factory Jack
17mm 1/2 socket for the breaker bar (wheels)
    2 gallons of water
    Hammer
    Zip ties
    Tape
    Brake Fluid
    3/8th drive ratchet 9mm-16mm
    Spark Plug Tool
Baseball Bat (Fender Roller ;) )

Though I'm considering dramatically reducing the amount of stuff I carry since I haven't had to do any work on my car in a whileeeeee after the motor swap. Probably going to stop carrying water all together.

What about you guys? I know some of you guys are risky bastards and drive with no tools at all...or even a spare..

17mm deep socket and a 1/2" drive breaker bar, only because the stock lug wrench won't fit over my stud kit. Everything else I could need is in the BMW tool kit.

            Oh yeah I do...

And when I ride my bike, I've got a backback with a pretty good tool kit, too...

have been driving with no tools but was in my factory kit and my pocket knife.

the the other week i heard a bang while driving. i pull over and do my inspection. get to the rear end and what do i find...EVERY bolt holding my axles to the diff on BOTH sides is loose and some were even sticking out.

i used the plyers to tighten them best i could but was a PITA on the the side of the road. limped the car to a shop.

                now i have jumper cables.

going to sears soon to get some good tools and will KEEP them in there all the time.

my buddy has an entire shop in his trunk. jack stands to torque wrench to mechanics gloves...he is prepared.

What ever is factory, what ever is left in the gallon of coolant, quart of oil, zip ties, and a ratchet for my lugs since the factory one is stripped, bent, and sucks.

I keep a tool bag stocked with the basics, 3 kinds of tape, baling (mechanics) wire and zip ties in all vehicles. Along with a few fuses, important relays, a bit of wire, and in my truck I keep 2 spare fuel filters and the tools needed to change along the high way and in the winter a red bottle of power service 911.

I keep a toolkit in my Camry. Mostly to be able to lend people tools that were broken down on the roadside. Someone gave my friend and I a very useful set of channel-locks on a snowboarding trip when the water pump belt kept falling off his truck so ever since then I have kept all my duplicate sockets, pliers, and screwdrivers in it so I can pass one off to someone in need. I don't like too much extra stuff moving around in the car so my e30 retains its factory toolkit, a fire extinguisher ever since a Jetta of mine caught on fire, zip ties, spare bulbs in case my HID's trip out, Spare DME Relay and Fuel pump relay, and fuses.

I like to believe that I keep my e30 in tip-top shape and if anything is going to fail catastrophically then it is just bad luck and I am okay with having it flat-bedded home.

Stock tool kit, qt of oil, and jumper cables.

I used to carry my 60 lb toolbox but found I never opened it outside of my driveway - plus it crashed around in the back when cornering.

When I lived in Alaska I always had a towing strap in the Craparu ($330 subaru justy rollin' on studs) and pulled SUV's out of ditches left and right - good times.

I have a small Snap On box I throw the essential tools in when I go on long trips. Essentially odd sized sockets/crescent wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, infrared thermometer. A couple quarts of oil (only uses it on long, high speed 70mph + trips), water, and PS fluid.
