                lol guys...its mainly over my ebay sales....all of which state

                "this is an aftermarket up grade
                these are greman made bolts. and are not made by BMW"

                some how the bastards are saying that i am miss leading people to believe i am offering "genuine" bmw parts...

                and the fact that a few pics of roundels are on my site...
                i thought i had fixed the problem before. i guess they own pics from car shows too.

                obviolsly these fuckers get paid lots of money to look busy for bmw...

                just feels like a ex girlfriend fucking your best friend to get back at you...

                                            I work at BMW Dealership here in Aus and even we have very, very strict guidelines to follow regarding use of the roundel and other BMW trademarks. Same story with the BMW Club here. The website, club logo, event promotions, etc, all needs to conform to a BMW set standard and most changes need to be run past them first.

                                            Just how it works. I know it sucks buddy, but there really isn't anything you can do.

                                                        i does suck ..i will deal. the internet has brought on a whole new world of trademark and copy write issues, that in the past would not have raised an eyebrow. i just find it really odd that BMW would walk a mile out of their way to step on an ant.
