I live next door to where I work.
It's a 2 min commute if I don't meet traffic as I merge.
If there's traffic, the longest it can take me is 4-5 mins and that's not happened too many times.
I walk to work at times if I am not pressed for time. THat takes me about 5-8 mins. It's just been hot and raining like crazy so I just "eta" around 87Oct style 8)
Im still runnin regular and lovin it. Though with gas at 2.59 here in NH I think I might break the 30 dollar barrier for a fillup next time. I couldnt imagine what it would be like if I still had my Pathfinder. It was costing 45 back when it was only 2 bucks a gallon three months ago!
And lets hear the flaming cause I live in tax free NH, the land that law forgot. I think Im beating everyone in the thread! [/quote]
Yeah they do, progressive beat them by 800 a year and just about everyone else beat them by 200. Geico is only good if oyu have a bunch of at-fault wrecks.
oh yeah, be thankful you don't live in washington state, where we have one of the highest (if not *the* highest) gas taxes in the nation.. oh, and they just passed a 5% increase.
haha, we are getting screwed if your gas prices are that low... you can't drive by a station here in Santa Barbara that DOESN"T have a $3/gal gas price... its already $3.29 at chevron for 91!!!
I paid close to that here in Sacto at a 76 station. $3+/gal. for 91 octane (aka owl piss). Sad thing is, it has nothing to do with supply/demand right now. Its all about the speculators who drive the market pricing. Those mofos gotta be getting in on the action if there's no reasonable end in sight.
And those SUV drivers can cry me a river. You drive a tank, you pay for it :finger:
