hell, the E30 sport seats are 100X more comfortable than any E46 seat, and the X3 has just as stiff of a ride as a lowered E30.... so I would prefer the E30 IF THE HG WAS O.K.

I guess if my sports were in better shape they would be more comfortable but mine are old and stiff haha

Yeah, family lives in Crofton/ Annapolis. Was going to take the scenic route this time through the blue ridge mountains and camp out at Shenandoah NP. Also camping at Assateague Island if it's not a bazillion degrees.

Do it...I'm about 6 miles from the BRP about 15 miles after in enters VA. If it breaks we can fix it at my house.

Ha...just read your last post. My bro is just across the bridge from Annapolis.

local miles, yeah I would do it (did). Out of town trip, not a chance in hell. Dont like waiting forever for a tow, only to get assraped on the trip. At least locally, I have all my shit within reasonable towing distance.
I saved 15% on my Bimmer parts by switching to ...

how do you feel about risk?

Once apon a time, I would have done this.

now I wouldn't. all about the personal risk level
