Nope. 128i you can but not the 135i. Not in the US atleast. You might able to but it is not easy, it's not something you can simply opt out of when configuring the car.
Sucks and really gets me mad you can't even order one without a sunroof(in the US) just shows it's not a car for enthusiasts.(the 1m however is and doesn't have a sunroof:D) The great thing about buying a new car for me would be configuring it the way you want, it's very hard to find a used car with no options cause everyone thinks more is better.
This is not a car made for enthusiasts, it's made for people with lots of money to spend that just want it for luxury and the brand name.
Heavy, especially for a car that small, should be way lighter, atleast under 3000lbs
Ugly
Over invasive stability, traction control systems, no fun
No LSD because it will just take power away (but with a lag) when it detects slippage
Over-boosted, disconnected feeling steering
Unnecessarily overly complicated with electronic systems
Not naturally aspirated
Can't be worked on yourself must pay tons of money to do anything on it.
No dip stick, can't be self diagnosed, etc.
Way more known faults and bad design issues. To name some of the recalls: HPFP, tail lights, seat belt. Rattles.
I doubt these will stand the test of time like e30's have, they will be a nightmare to own 10 years from now.
