Lol you can still drive around PR. Just might take a day or 2 around the outside edge. Sidenote. Are the speed bumps in the towns still like mini ditches?

Haha, mini ditches put in your pocket! Everyday they are getting worse. But the real thing is that you dont know what to do when you see a pothole, either drive over it or drive over the mountain of tar they put attempting to fix it. Sometimes its better to take the pothole. I guess thats part of culture here, lol...
