My buddy has a p-type. Its fucking gorgeous. Lots of fun, lots of torque. But my 318 is usually running and his supra is not.

the 6 cyl. does NOT handle any worse than the M42 cars, that is a ghey azz rumor started by all the M42 fanboyz!!!!
A BMW is a BMW, and an 80's jap car is early jap stuff--- I think the quality is lacking on the Toyotas from that time, but that supra does look cool.
so, I say if you want cool looks, toyota, if you want a cool car BMW 325iComment

thats a toss up.... both are great cars from the 80's/early 90's..... i say whichever is healthier and a better deal and cleaner.Comment

Toyotas are just as reliable as BMW, probably more so. Especially where electrics are concerned. BMW just build more awesome cars. Toyota have always been conservative, building cars that will last a life time. They fell off in the late 80's/early 90's where they switched almost everything to FWD.
Nobody has directly said a 318is would "handle" better either, it's been stated that they are more nimble and chuckable due to having a lighter front end. More weight hanging farther over the cross member = heavier steering.Comment

everything you stated is also your opinion, and nothing more than that. I never stated anything about reliable, just build quality, and as my opinion.Sorry but that's blatant misinformation.
