Its definitely a scam listing. The pics clearly look as if it was taken in Europe & the price is obviously way too low for an e30 M3 convertible.

There are a handful of genuine e30 M3 convertibles state-side, but they're cars that were imported by an individual.

obviously it's a euro car. the pics could have been taken in europe before it was imported. and the pics were obviously taken in europe. the gauge cluster is kph.

that interior. holyshitfuckit'samazing.

i too think $18k is way too low for what it is. but you never know, if you have the cash. i'd definitely check it out. you'd kick yourself it was legit. it should be priced at $45k.

There is no place in Woodstock, GA that looks like that. I promise you. I spend a lot of time there.

There is also no way someone would buy a E30 M3 INDIVIDUAL that is worth probably $80k or higher, pay god knows how much to import it to the US, then sell it for less than 1/4 of what it's worth.
