Read some reviews for the Z4/Z4M. They are a wicked handful in corners, never predictable. Its comparable to Ayrton Senna driving the Williams.....it will try to kill you.
Wait its a Z3M now???
Which year? I believe 2000+ is the years to have... otherwise I wouldn't touch it. If you don't bite, mind willing to share? I'd enjoy a 2000+ Z3M ;-)

Meh I don't know if I want it anymore. It's not a deal where I can pass on the savings to you guys either. It's either I take it or they find another way to unload it. I know it sounds sketchy as hell but no it's not stolen and no it's not an insurance job.world renown Harry Potter expert

A Z3m? Wouldn't that mean an aluminum block S52 and E30 swappable 5 lug front and rear?
Pretty sure you hit the motherload if you want to use some parts to make the E30 awesomer. For all things 24v, check out Markert Motorworks!Originally posted by mbonanniI hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

If you do not buy and swap drivetrain/suspension into E30 you have no penis.

I'd jump on it, engine, brakes, 5 lug, diff. and half shafts all are swappable. I'd say that's at least $4k in parts.

It's more along the lines of a bank lien from what I understand. Sure it's a good deal when we talk numbers and parts that can be accumulated for a rather fun car build, but it's the baggage that a car like this can come with that serves as somewhat of a deterrent for me. If everything goes good, then that's perfect. But what If something goes wrong and I get into trouble with the law again? Been to jail once, and I have no intention of going back.

OK, either spell out WTF you're talking about or have someone close this thread.
If it's a bank lien issue, and the car has to be parted out (i.e.- cannot be kept complete and registered), then something FISHY is going on. The first thing that comes to mind is that the car has somehow "disappeared" and the bank is still owed money on it, thus, the bank legally owns the car.
If you're worried about "something going wrong" and getting in trouble with the law (again), then it's ILLEGAL and you know it.Comment

Yeah if they get a whiff that you're involved (and they will, trust me) you're going to be interviewed and they'll find out you knew what was happening. It's one thing if you were legitimately unaware of the parts you were buying, but if you knew all along then they'll take your car and you're looking at time.Comment
