Many things have been pointed out already and I understand your frustration, but one thing really bothers me; so for future reference, you use "whom" for object pronouns (me, you, him/her/it, us, you, them), and not for subject pronouns (i, you, he/she/it, we, you, they).

Example:
"be specific with him that way you don't waist 2 weeks of time with a person whom careless or has time to waste him self."
With a person whom careless? you mean a person who is careless, right? Or a person who couldn't care less? From the context it is possible to figure out what you are trying to say, but writing correctly requires the same amount of effort and makes everyone's life easier.
