M Tech II is ugly

Always thought so. Am I the only one? It's generic and overdone. Makes the cars look chunky and bland, like something MonkeyMadness would post in the Hot Chicks thread.

It looks especially bad on white, which is oddly enough what most people on here salivate over. Especially white verts. With black-polished-lip wheels. The balls of lint I pull out of the top of my ass-crack are more appealing. And more original.

Why does everyone hate on (stock) cars with color-matched trim when an M Tech II kit is essentially the same?

To each his own, man. Some people like ketchup, while others are happy with mustard. It's all personal preference. Personally, I think one of the only colors mtech II looks good on is white, so yeah.

Exactly, although the MT2 looks more proportionate. I DO like however, is the full MT2 wing on a non MT E30.

Hmmmm ok. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. There was a time when few people had this kit and it was quite rare. It was a factory kit that few people knew about or could afford. Today, more people know about it and the factory equipped M tech convertibles. As a result you see more of them on forums like this and there are a lot of white ones out there. Maybe you're just not a kit type of guy. Is there a kit out there that you think is better looking?

I hate the mt2 spoiler. Still like the rest. I like just the stock pb garb a lot too.

I like the M3 Evo wing, specially with the lettering that people can read when behind you, I've never seen a non E30 M3 with that wing.
