Btw, it took me 8hrs to find and buy my E30... for $600.

I was on my way to work on Saturday morning after months of searching for cheap Civic track rats, and got behind an e30 on the way to the local Cars N Coffee meet. The thought had crossed my mind several times, but I didn't think I could find the right deal.

A few years ago, I fell in love with the idea of an e30 after seeing Blunt's ORIGINAL red on black K1s post on Roadfly. I just always had a higher budget before. I guess it turned out ok, because I came back to the e30 and can't wait to move forward with my low-budget beater project!

      Ok makes sense.

      Smart.

Derp. Rookie move. SMG is nice if you track the car, but 98% of people hate it on the street, and it's expensive, and fails MUCH earlier than the manual.

Derp. Scratches I get, but dings are a PDR away from a perfect car. I know someone who has one of these and parks wherever the f he wants, has PDR done once a year, and his car looks brand new.

I mean the "derp"s in jest, of course, but I do feel there was a LOT wrong with your method of searching for an M3. Of course, maybe all things happen for a reason, and he got the car that he was meant to have. Either way, it all worked out.

First off thanks to all for taking the time to comment.
Secondly to a few of you, sure if I were hunting for the perfect e30 then I would probably find it but my daily schedule goes like this-work, school, and watching the siblings so i don't spent a lot of time out hunting
3rd to the other blogger on here budget at the moment is $6500 would be more by now but life happens and @Kershaw yes my eyes were pretty big because those are what I want, I guess i have a bit more saving to do however still looking for a good project

S.N. RHD, because I have a bit of experience with them not too hard for me but I defiantly know what you mean by that "stroke feeling" and yes I like them because their not from here and no one has one.

This is now the photo im going to put up so that mine looks like this when its done

single biggest reason I don't have an R-32 GTR in the garage, I don't think I would enjoy the RHD at all, and WAY to expensive and time consuming to convert to LHD
