I know of a great chiropractor in Tacoma. One of few in the state that actually fixes you instead of dulling the pain. Glad you didn't have a passenger. Sorry man

Sorry about the loss. I lost my first E30 back in November from some chick rear ending me at a red light cuz she was texting. From experience>>>>>>go get yourself checked out<<<<<<< no matter how you're feeling it helps out in the whole legal process of it all. I got a bulging disk and a few other back and neck issues out of the whole thing Which is more pain than I care to deal with on a daily basis. If you go see a chiropractor which your lawyer will most likely tell you too they will want to know what the hospital said. They also do there own check at the beginning and end of treatment. My last appointment to the chiropractor and neurologist are this month so I'm getting ready to go through the legal stuff but I've been going to the chiropractor 3 days a week since the accident. Believe me you want all the leverage and evidence as possible. Good luck with everything again and sorry for your loss. Like someone said you can replace a car. Your health comes first. Damn man, sorry to hear about your car, but I'm glad that you're ok. That does NOT look like a 35mph crash; you should lawyer up to fight this.
I'll be honest, I'm not surprised if the Suburban was going upwards of 40-45mph. Lake Hills Connector is fast, and that intersection is particularly bad because it's downhill and blind, and there are no places for cops to hide there unlike the other parts of the Connector.
Also, about your iS lip... is that one you ordered from Blunt?1988 BMW 325iX - Lachssilber/Cardinal - Gone

My dad was in a crash like this when I was 2 years old. All he can remember is that it was a big american car and he got hit by a 16 year old in an integer (this combination saved him) who decided that red lights were optional. He was the passenger, it was hit on the passenger side. He said the car looked just like the OP's and he came |.....| close to dying. He always pauses a second before starting off from a signal light. The first car I ever rode in was an e30

god that thing was mangled. glad youre ok.
My dad is a fire fighter and responds to many calls like this. A year ago he went to a call where a 5 series traveling at excessive speed lost control and wrapped itself around a tree. The engine and tranny kept going and ended up way down the street. Both occupants died.
A few days after I got my 89' 325is my uncle called me up and told me about a crash that occured down the street from his house involving an 89 3 series. The car was traveling at an excessive speed and lost control and hit a tree. the passenger died on impact but the driver survived with his legs pinned by the dash. The car caught fire and he burned. Autopsy showed that he dislocated his own legs fighting so hard to get out.
