    Breaking into an e30

Is there any special trick to doing this WITHOUT ruining locks/ shattering windows ect...

I know the hood can be popped with a screwdriver. I dont have access to a wedge and pump or a slim jim so thats out.

Just want to see if anyone here knows special tricks.

I've broken into my wife's E30 by pulling out the rear windscreen. It's easy to get out if you have a small screw driver to pry out the lock strip. It took me two minutes to get in, and THREE HOURS to reinstall the glass.

That's actually really clever, no damage and no suspicion.

I've done this many times. I have a slim jim that I've made out of a piece of 3/16" stainless tig welding rod. I ground the end to a sharp point and bent it around 180 degrees parallel to the rod. I slip it down past the window gasket, turn 90 degrees and the point digs into the bottom of the plastic lock button and I lift up. It usually takes me all of about 5 seconds and I'm in.

                            Is it double locked?

                            If not, this will work
