Fix the intake boot first. That is an obvious vacuum leak and will cause those numbers. A failed o2 sensor, platinum plugs where they don't belong, clogged/bad cat (probably not your problem with those numbers), coolant system not functioning properly, and a bad coolant temp sensor can also cause those issues.
High NOx is caused by high levels of oxygen, usually a vacuum leak, or from high combustion chamber temps.
I learned a lot of that with my previous 2 e30's.
Best bet is to fix the obvious problem, and if you have a Bentley manual start testing the other stuff before you bring it back in for a retest to find any other potential issues.
