I was planning on using the plate to cover up some of my bumper damage.

Besides, I'm over that. I ran no front plate for 11 years and was only ticketed once. Don't care anymore.

I have an appointment at the DMV Wednesday morning to apply for plates. Wish me luck! I'll post a pic of the completed form before I submit it. If anyone would like to come with on Wednesday morning, I'll be at the Midlothian, IL DMV when it opens.
