Ive tried searching and found thing! Ive seen Ebay chips before but nothing like this....my guess is stock? but made in the Phillippines? hmm i dunno

yes, I've got like 3 of them laying in a drawer.

electronics are often made in asia.. it's just a ROM chip. there's nothing fancy about it. :)
