Sorry about that loss. That does blow. E30 m3s are fairly rare(er) than non-ms. This will pop out somewhere, sometime. Hopefully not cut up. Good luck

sorry about your loss... keep an eye out on cl anywhere within a 200 mile radius, start asking in the community. ask if anyone has gotten a new schwartz m3 recently... or see if anyone has gotten a bunch of Oem m3 parts for dirt cheap at any meets... like someone else said... the e30 game is a pretty tigh community so im sure it will turn up... at least hopefully

I always thought they were just like my car. I get one I like and hold onto it for a while. Starts breaking and shit....flip it.

My car was last seen at a body shop called European Auto Plus in Alexandria, VA. Redman's Towing in lorton, va towed the car there after supposedly taking a call from a person with just a first name....I have used Redman's towing before so i do not recommend business with these people as they had all of my info....

Someone would not just hop in the car and drive it away when its by a house. I had a few dirtbikes stolen years ago and found out from neighbors what went on. Ask the neighbors if they saw anything weird, people snooping, or a tow truck/trailer. I would bet the thiefs had a trailer waiting down the street, and pushed the car there. Safest and quietest way they could have done it.

Edit: Just saw your body shop and tow truck post. Id go to the shop and ask around.

that's some fucking bullshit, man...they didn't ask for ID or anything? Proof of ownership? Bad towing company deserves to get burned

BTW, I have a free night and a ski mask..just saying

Also: may be a silly question at this point but have you reported it to the cops as stolen yet?

Just to add, I worked at a dealership in tysons years ago that had a car stolen (I was the last one to see it on the lot as I had been on a test drive in it w/ a customer late in the day). When the Fairfax County auto theft unit's detectives showed up, they told me that a good number of valuable cars stolen in NOVA for purposes other than joyrides are in the NYC/NJ area within a day. So maybe check craigslist up there as well...it wouldn't hurt.
