i run 175/70/14's in winter. My MPG's have seriously shot thru the roof compared to my summer 205/50/16's!If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!Comment

I like coasting down hills, and I don't use brakes much, but without a working odo it's hard t say.

My e30 is good for 24 hwy if i can keep off the gas. The shark is good for a solid 14 hwy with 195s on it ha.

I only got 21.1 mpg out of my last tank. But, it was on 87 octane because
the gas station was out of premium when I filled it with that tankful.
The sticker at the filler says to use premium - 1991 318i with M42 -
but I didn't hear any pinging on regular. Maybe I need to advance the
timing a bit. And check compression.
Or add a supercharger so that I can glue on a Mercedes "Kompressor"
emblem. And make the other emblem "318ik" :)Comment
