    Is this legitimate?

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cometic-C439...ht_1319wt_1345

Is this a real cometic? If it is, why is it 100 bucks less than the other mls head gaskets?

That is a great price. They are nearly twice that officially.

Seller has some beautiful other stuff for sale so it looks legit, don't take my word for it though.

Well i read a thread on different head gaskets and the geotze was the best but i cant find it anywhere, it was good because the oil passages had separate holes in the gasket instead of one big one. I cant find any that look like that... so im at a lose of where these people are getting there good gaskets from. Thanks for the info though

Most people will say not to go with VR for important gaskets like a head gasket. It's fine on a VC gasket that's super cheap and 10 min to replace, but you probably don't wanna replace your head gasket again. But, I personally have no experience with VR head gaskets.

That's extremely cheap for a Cometic. Wonder if they have just one, or they are fakes. I know what the wholesale is on them and we don't make much at all selling them for $200 plus shipping...

EDIT: Just re-read the ad and they only have one as they say "don't wait this will be gone quick". Looks like they are just trying to get rid of one for whatever reason.
