If USPS repackaged it it'd be in a USPS box, not a generic brown box.

Also, he hasn't been on this forum since the 6th. I don't know if that's normal for him or not, but he uses the same s/n everywhere so he's easy to find (hint: he's active on e46fanatics). Give the guy a chance to respond before flipping out.

seller know's that buyer is going to raise sh*t here, that's why he's not here.

Fuckin' read the thread before posting. The OP CLEARLY states that he has tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and tried multiple times to contact him over a period of 45 days...

Sellers don't need to get tracking information or insurance, let alone pack their items carefully. BUT, if the don't and something goes wrong, it's on them, not the buyer.

I know how you feel, a guy on here named bobross ripped me off for four hundred buck for an "extrude honed manifold." I purchased it and it is not extrude honed just hand ported. He lied to me and said it was extruded. Its been a few months since i bought and i know have no recourse. I hate getting ripped off too man, but it happens. File a paypal claim and hope for the best. Motion to ban all liars.

Good lord, that almost made me puke looking at the mangled tech2 steering wheel T___T.

I hope the seller can give you a hand with this.

                            People really confuse me sometimes.

If you recive something that is not what it should be. First thing you do it contact seller Paypal and shipping company. Don't wait fot the seller to contact you get stuff moving ASAP.

The seller knows that after 45 days that he is basically in the clear. So he just needs to lead you along for 45 days then stops contacting you.

As mentioned before the fact that he has written a letter claiming that USPS repackaged the box, is strait up a fedral offence. Even if you do not get you money back, I would be getting in contact with USPS and see what there thoughts are on weather they would repacage a box and leave a letter like that.

If not let the approprate orthorities know I think it would be the FBI for you guys. Then let them fuck him over.

Or even use that as blackmail to get your money back. Anyways don't be so stupid next time and just throw it in your boot cos you don't want to deal with it. That is not going to get you your money back.

Nope. Wrong. The first thing you do is contact the seller and give them a chance to make it right. It's called common courtesy.

I don't mean file a dispute with Paypal and USPS. But to simple have a record that the package was not as it should have been. I would have contacted USPS strait way after the seller, to ask about the repacking what what happened.
