Are you kidding bro, collections is ridiculous? UMMMM, they give the defendant 30 days to pay their JUDGEMENT against them. This effects their credit-renting a house, buying a car, running a company, etc. People don't fuck around with judgement's and their credit, it follows you your entire life. This isn't some little bullshit paper with a stamp on it. I got a $960 check for a $26.99 turn signal in less than 12 days.

now you're being naive. i won a $1700 case against a tenant that bailed on a lease THREE YEARS ago. after nine trips to the courthouse, two JDEs and two civil motion to arrests, i have been able to collect just over $200 of that judgement. some people do not give a fuck about their credit, that's simply a middle-upper class concern. the judicial system doesn't really care about enforcing a thousand-dollar claim either.

i have tons of pictures beforehand showing proper hood/grill/valance alignment. even proper pictures with the original damage. that i can prove. i've been to court before and won. the collections process is the joke i'm referring to. a white piece of paper with a stamp and signature carries very little real weight. i will admit lesson learned, but again, on the harsh side there. i'm 22 and have never had to deal with something like this before. it's a learning process and i'll take what i can from it.

-Bent radiator support (By original guy, pre-existing or shop? You can't prove anything now.)
-Hood looks like shit, bent and some other weird shit going on
-Is that valance a joke? Tell me that's a shadow in p.7 picture #5 it looks like they used a wall brush.
-What did they paint your valance with, primer? They couldn't sand it down?
-That fender moulding comes off in 3 seconds with a screwdriver lol they painted around it.
