        Police report was written and found the Prius at fault! Now I'm just waiting to see if her insurance company will accept the claim

                        So are you saying if someone rear ends you while your just sitting there it's still both parties fault? Or it can be both parties fault if in any way you contributed to the accident like if they claim you slammed on your brakes?

                            ...leave it to a lawyer and they can claim that without your car sitting there the accident would not have happened!
