the old women is making up lies to insurance companies now.... she says she did use a turn signal and that both lights were red.... ugh. fuck her. shes a mother fucking old ass women who was with her grand daughter. she need to mature up and take responsibility for her actions. ugh.

If the damage on her car is directly in the back, not on the side, you might get screwed. If the damage to her car is on the 1/4 panel or side of her bumper, you will probably have a case.

The damage is all on the side. You can tell she cut across my lane. I was talking to the cop there. He knew she cut across my lane, but said I was probably just in her blind spot. Regardless, I can use him as a witness. I should be able to win this case

Did she not get a ticket for improper merging? Whoever at fault should have received a traffic violation ticket. The insurance will use that ticket to determine the fault.

Man, sometimes, insurance will be the one to fuck you over too. I once had a head on collision when a woman drifted over into my lane. I wasn't even driving, but stopped at a red arrow waiting to turn left. She even admitted to it being her fault but the insurance called it 50/50 for some reason.
