Ok. He just shot me a couple texts. He's been moving a 5k sqft shop and he likes to collect lots of crap like we all do. Just posting incase anyone else wanted to know :D

businesses large and small move all the time and have issues or problems, it doesnt mean you just neglect your customers for weeks or months at a time

a simple out of office reply on your email or a mass text explaining the situation is common sense, simple and quick to do and would alleviate customers concerns

I must admit it takes him awhile, (been waiting since May) and yes he needs an assistant considering he's a one man show but considering the quality end product and his attention to detail I'm sure in the end we'll all be satisfied. I think once my project is out of the way in the next week or so, things will start cranking out.

Why haven't you guys contacted an attorney? He has damn near effectively stolen your funds by now with false promises. Don't be stupid. "Waiting since may" for your part with no communication? Get the lawyers/cops involved. Tat will get you your money back or the part you paid for real quick. It's business- needs to be treated that way.

With my current customers, I've have been in contact with all of them; We have talked and have all come to an understanding with each other. My hands are full with my commitments to my current customers, and they are my only concern for now.

Many of you don't understand what it's like to keep the main business' ongoing production moving, while moving 13,000 sq feet worth of a manufacturing warehouse an hour away, relocating employees, doing construction, trying to keep everyone on r3v happy, all without sending us deep into the red. There is two of us moving the entire production facility. 1 hour trips one way, to and fro, many times a day. 1 pickup truck. Whenever my good friends have time they come by and help out a bit, but it's no simple task. Expecting a loan, we've already committed majority of our funds into renovations to the new building in sgv. So far, the loan hasn't made it.

Doing 200k worth of work with only 50k and no loan, It turns out to be lot of work that we aren't supposed to be doing. This isn't some joe blow garage operation in some dinky auto garage, you all have to understand.

I'm spread super thin right now, because we don't have the excess capital we are supposed to. Construction loans couldn't be taken out because our contractors fucked us, and we ended putting our own savings, time, and labor into construction just to have a place to go.

And to those who still have what little faith they can retain, I don't blame you if you feel like you must run, but I can say nothing else but the truth. Thank you for understanding, and I'll make sure you are well taken care of.

I'll check back when I can get to the computer. Mistakes were made on many fronts, not just mine, and sometimes a little understanding and maturity goes a great ways. I am more understanding and giving than most businesses, because I feel I am part of this community. My products are also services, not just one or the other. I'm only doing this because I wasn't able to find anyone to do what I wanted when I was building my car. I thought It would be helpful to offer what I could to the community. I don't make a living off e30's...that's almost retarded. Props to those who do though, it is a tough world.

I am thankful for those who have understood and believed in what I do, even at the worse of times; it will not go unrewarded.
