I have never seen a thread with so many "2012" join dates in one thread here at r3v until now...

That's worse than the Honda cap.

What's wrong with new members? I don't think they're any more (or less?) dumb-sounding in this thread.

because many e30 owners unfortunately are here for the hype and most of them are ex-honda owners. I don't understand why a lot of people think that hondas are crap and don't deserve anything good.

While it may not be your car of choice, Hondas are good cars, hands down.

How much time do we have on our hands to debate such stupid shit, don't we all have some 20 y.o. rotting german metal p.o.s to fix/drive?

Maybe it's that the Hondas are dead reliable and super boring, whereas an E30 is only mostly reliable and pretty freaking cool. I'll admit that Honda (and Toyota) have kind of forgotten about exciting cars. Doesn't mean they never happened, but I guess there's some bitterness or something. :?

You know everytime I see a new Civic I just cringe
Everytime i see a nice fixed up EK or EG I remember the good old days of basic transportation and the utmost reliablity. I still think the 1999 Civic Si is one of the cleanest looking cars around especially with the electron blue.

I for one love Honda, If you haven't driven an S2000 at 9 thousand RPM then you haven't experienced what Honda has to offer.

What I mean is that the S2000 (and now FT86) are very relatively small-market cars, and not the real focus of their parent companies. It's quite a contrast to the McLaren-Hondas, Celica GTFours, and NSX's of days past.

The S2000 is nice. I just hate all the ricer Honda drivers (mainly civics) because fast n furious yo!
