        its not uncommon to find chipped dme's, these were a popular tunning car in its time.
        Rd, Hartge, Alpina, just a few "official" tuners known to tinker back in the day,....swappable parts and goodies most certainly found their way to other unsuspecting cars.
        Ive found a few chipped dme's in the scrap yard in e30's that you would think were stock just from the looks.
        Peeps were always looking for mo powa!

            well to all the haters..the chip was giving a bad checksum and hes sending me another either way..u dont get to tell me u told me so cus i didnt get to use it and if this chip doesnt throw a cel then u can go fuck yourself..have a nice day..ohh and i got the chip from passwordelectronics on ebay

                    yea i contacted him and he said that the cel is from a bad checksum and that he is sending me a new one and it should have no issues
