On second thought, are you that dumb that you couldn't tell the wheel fell off the hub and was just resting in your fender well? You needed Jordan to tell you?

I torque my wheels to 85 ft-lbs, but for track use I up it to 90 ft-lbs.

i looked into getting some locktite 262, but i'm not sure how bad the lugs are, theyre probably all due for a replacement. i think i should just buy 16 new bolts plus locktite

The factory spec is 120Nm, or about 90ft/lbs. :!:

I had a simular experiance with my MG. There are 8 bolts per wheel that hold the wheel to gether with nuts on the outside. I came back from driving and ALL 8 NUTS WERE MISSING. The bolts did not have anyroom to fall out so they stayed in, but the threads are stripped. The only thing that kept the wheel from just turning freely was that one of the bolts that cam loose locked up against one of the bolts that hold the rear drum on. I still haven't found the right bolts to fix it.

ok so maybe I finished off a half gallon while I was walking home, I had to have something to keep me company on the long trip on foot.

look around see if anyone hates you, then loosen up the lugs on their wheels.

                              eye for an eye
