For some reason I thought it was a Element racing, not a scion.

Either way, why the fuck would he be racing that in a m3? :tsk:

And as much of a heartless bastard as I am, it's pretty fucked up to burn to death. That's a horrible way to go. I have at least enough compassion to hope that the kid was just unconscious and never woke up while burning alive.

See, the shit further fucked up everyone elses day. He should do it right and slit his wrists so only a handfull of people have to deal with it. OR better yet, toss a rock off a bridge tied to your leg. Then you are doing good, feeding fish.

Not 100% sure, but i think i test drove that car a few months back.... it was a 92 325iS.... with everything swapped from a 95m3... biggest pile of crap i have ever driven. The shocks were so damn blown, some of the panels were spray painted red, and the interior was dirtier than shit. It ran ok... but something was off with the transmission. The check engine bulb had been removed, and the check light was flashing but the on board computer screen was broken and unreadable.

Basically the car was not maintained at all and it is no surprise that whoever drove it lost control. sad story though about the 16 year old with the bright future.

But the fish's habitat may be impacted in a negative way. His body could change the circle of life. EVER WATCH THE LION KING?

I think its only a matter of time before someone on this site causes an accident like that, skidding out of control because they are driving on bald tires or some shit.

Do you guys remember when Darren from E30Sport died in a car accident?

I was under the impression that it wasn't his fault? he wasn't driving his E30 anyway, was he?

Lol thats what I was wondering too, we all know the m3 would kill any scion...

I dont feel sorry for the kid who died, tough luck thats what happens when you think your a badass in a m3 and go street racing.

As for the kid who got arrested for racing the m3, I feel sorry for him, what the fuck did he do? Did he sideswipe the m3? ... nope all he did was race

Let that kid free and just call him a dumbass, he didnt do shit.

I don't agree with the vehicular manslaughter charge. Both partys know what they are getting into when they hit the gas, they know the risks involved. It can't be both a suicide and a murder, and it was obviously a self-inflicted demise. The other participant should be charged with the highest penalty for reckless driving, but no more.
