I have their sway bars and they're good. But i'd stay away from their catback exhaust. Took mine off the other day because i heard some rattling, everything in the muffler had fell apart. Sounded like a maraca.

I've heard their bushings aren't the best, but they sell so many other nice parts... it's a moot point really. I've never bought something from IE and not been happy. They're good people.

Just like any other company they have had problems with their parts here and there. I dont think anyone hates them though. Andrew and the other guys there almost always go out of their way to fix any problems. I have been ordering their parts sins 2006 and have had only one problem that was fixed quickly.

I just remember getting charged a 20% restocking fee for some urethane tranny mounts I returned. F that. Never went back.

All their polyurethane parts seem to be crap and some stuff looks like it is just re-branded ebay stuff with the price marked up 4x. They have also had problems with parts just being low quality and failing, (like the bad batch of rocker arms?). Some of their parts look ok, if all the other problems they have had hasn't driven you away make sure to do some research before buying.

I avoid shopping with them but do have their sway bars and they seem to be ok but it is kinda hard to fuck up a bar with two bends in it and some tabs welded on.

I had the cat back exhaust and after 3 years the baffles inside came loose and caused the most annoying squeaky rattle at idle. I bought it from e30lyf I believe BNIB, therefore IE basically told me to go fuck myself.

The only thing of theirs are the rockers in my head built by myster e. Hope to god they don't blow up.

I've never been dissatisfied with IE. Havent had any problems with their products on my car.

I don't want to go into a rant. but i do not do business anymore with them! bad CS experience and it killed it for me. Obviously one bad employee may have caused it, i dont know who they were in the company, but i am very big on first impressions
