i was doing the same when i drove from minnesota to nyc straight. i only stopped for gas/food/bathroom. it was fun though.

I have no doubt my right knee gets cranky after about 500 miles of gas pedal.

Here are a couple quick pictures (yes they suck) for the ASA view & spring position without 1,000,000 lbs in the car:

You should've gone all the way with the top down. Now that would've been a story.

                  True.

Most I have done is 1100 miles in a day.

When I bought my cabby, I drove from Tom's River, NJ to Cincy in a fucking snowstorm - about 13 -14 hours, IIRC.

925 miles in 13 hours is easy breezy when we go to our house in FL - but that is with regular pee-pee breaks.

I did the 300 miles back from Ixtapa top down..........

It's cold early coming north plus I had a full load in the back seat stuff would have been flying out :)

I don't think those rims do your car justice but as long as your are happy

They are not my first choice (I wanted the BBS RS that went elsewhere a few months ago) but for 350.00 including the 205 50 16 ES100's I can use up the tires & sell the rims.

See that there is no longer sag TJ?

Yeah I replied before but I think it got deleted. I didn't realize that the car was loaded up, that definately makes a car sit on the ground. My car tucks rim in the rear when its loaded up.

The rusted hats on the rear disks (damn those are freaking 6 months old) is bothering me now more than the rims ever could. I need to paint those puppies.

Is there a difference between US and Canadian OBC's? Yours reads MPG and mine reads Fuel per 100Kms. Is there any way to make mine read MPG?
